Dear Parents,
I want to thank you for participating in the Douglas County Youth Baseball League (DCYBL) at Boundary Waters Park. We are looking forward to another exciting season of baseball development and fun. The goal is to assist each kid by developing their confidence and enhancing their capabilities while enjoying their baseball experience. To initiate the process, we will have player evaluations on Saturday (February 3rd) at Boundary Waters Park (Field 8).
The evaluation process is only for new kids to the park and kids who are moving up to the next age group. Kids who played in the same age group as they did in the Spring will not have to go through evaluation. They will remain on the team in which they played in the spring. For example, if Marcos played on 8U in the Spring of 2023 and will be in the 8U age group in 2024, then Marcos does not have to participate in the evaluation.

For the 4U,12 and 14U division, there will not be an evaluation. The coach will contact each parent by the end of the weekend with details about the upcoming practice.
